Marissa Lyttle has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Counseling with a specialization in Marriage and Family. She has experience in mental health and therapeutic settings, alongside corporate coaching and leadership, giving her a perspective on both the challenges people face in daily life and the patterns that can hold them back. She’s learned how common it is to want change, clarity, or growth, and still not know where to begin. That combination of education and real-world insight shapes the way she works, bringing empathy, perspective, and practical tools to help others notice patterns and move forward with intention.

Her work focuses on uncovering the habits, assumptions, and thought patterns that quietly influence decisions, creating space to see things differently. She helps people find strategies and clarity in ways that fit how they think and process information, supporting intentional choices that reflect their values and goals. Growth, she believes, isn’t about achieving perfection; it’s about focusing on what can be controlled, shifting perspective, and taking meaningful steps forward.

At her core, she is curious, empathetic, and honest, approaching coaching with the same care she brings to her own life. Whether navigating career challenges, relationships, personal boundaries, or ways of thinking that don’t always fit conventional expectations, she is passionate about helping people move past comfort and complacency, uncover clarity, and create steady, lasting progress.

A mother and Atlanta native, she loves DIY projects, spending time outdoors (minus the bugs), and exploring local restaurants with friends. She also enjoys cooking and experimenting with recipes, listening to music, especially live at concerts and festivals, and anything that brings belly aching laughter.
